The New Patient Experience

If you are a new patient in Plainfield looking for a personable, modern dental practice, we provide extensive new patient appointments. You will be greeted by our friendly front staff, who will help you fill out necessary forms. We take the time to get to know you and any of your dental concerns or needs. We begin your appointment by taking a set of digital x-rays, which allows Dr. Risty to delve deeper into the diagnosis of any health problems. Our Plainfield dentist recommends treatments to ensure your smile is as healthy as possible. After a treatment plan is created, we move on to a routine cleaning or a deep cleaning, if needed.

We provide the same level of consistency and attention-to-detail for all of our patients, ensuring their needs are acknowledged and a solution is provided. You and your family’s smiles are our top priority.

Creating a Comfortable Appointment

We understand that some patients can feel anxious about upcoming appointments. We encourage anxious patients to express their concerns so we can ensure their ease.

At Millennium Family Dental, we provide a comfort menu with amenities such as blankets and pillows and have a room with a window to help patients with dental anxiety. Our operatories have TVs so you can view your favorite show as we treat your smile. If you prefer radio, we can turn on a specific Pandora radio station of your favorite band, as well.

At our Plainfield dental practice, we provide all these amenities as well as sedation options for fearful and anxious patients. 

Patient Forms

If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
